Customer, former customer, potential customer or boycotting.
3. Start or join
A new union starts as a union in formation and looks for more customers.
4. Apply for approval
Once there are members, statutes and responsible people, the union is reviewed against the rules.
Rules for approval
Approval does not mean the platform supports the demands. It means the union meets the requirements on independence, democracy, accuracy, transparency and proportionate methods.
Preliminary rule: unions are approved primarily for companies with at least SEK 50 million in annual revenue or 10,000 customers. Small companies are more fragile, and the purpose is not to wipe them out.
