What is a consumer union?
A consumer union is a group of customers of the same company. Individually you have little influence. Counted together you are a clear counterpart.
The only action required
You state your relationship to the company: customer, former customer, potential customer, or boycotting. That is all. Your membership is complete from that moment.
Conditional promises instead of protest
If you want, you can add a condition: “If the company does X, I will do Y.” That makes your position legible to the company and makes change negotiable rather than adversarial.
You only hear from us when it matters
No flood of updates, no points and no levels. A call to act arrives when enough people are in the same position and your action actually makes a difference.
What it is not
- Not a social feed.
- Not a petition site.
- Not a campaign against companies for its own sake.
- Not a membership register that demands work from you.
